MADISON — Mingo Central guard Ziah Rhodes joined the 1,000 point club this past week in a 68-35 win against the Scott Lady Skyhawks.

Rhodes reached the century mark on a layup in the second quarter of the Cardinal Conference win. The senior guard is averaging over 21 points per game this season for the Kim Davis-Smith Lady Miners.

Rhodes, who is also a standout sprinter for the MCHS Track and Field team, currently has an offer from Concord to come play basketball.
