The Mingo Central football team was treated to some fun on the last day of the three week practice period as they were rewarded with a trip to the Hatfield and McCoy Recreation Center and Sports Lounge for some bowling.

Mingo Central head coach Josh Sammons had several "fun events" for his team over the course of the summer, including wiffle-ball games after practice between each class and they even set up a slip-n-slide on the turf high atop Miner Mountain. The young and enthusiastic coaching staff for the Miners are aiming to develop unit power and team bonding all while recognizing the teams hard work over the past three weeks.
