CLEAR FORK - The Herd will be thundering into Wyoming County for the second four-man golf scramble at the Clear Fork Valley Golf Course.
The Marshall University Southern Coalfields Club will sponsor the event planned for Saturday, June 22, and all proceeds go to the Big Green Scholarship Foundation to provide scholarships for the student-athletes at Marshall University.
Registration will be held between 8 a.m. and 9:45 a.m., with a shotgun start beginning at 10 a.m.
Numerous door prizes and hole prizes will be awarded during the day, with prizes for the top three teams.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Clear Fork Valley Golf Course.
Corporate sponsorships are available for $350, which includes a sign on the course and four golfers in the event. The cost is $100 for sponsors who opt for a sign on the course only.
Individual golfer entry is $75 per person.
Golfers may line up their own foursome provided they submit their applications no later than June 8. If you don't have a foursome, simply submit a registration and you will be placed with a group.
Spots are limited and it is recommended that you submit an application by the June 8 deadline.
