PINEVILLE - County officials are making good on their promise to get drugs off the street in Wyoming County.

Wyoming County deputies and members of the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 10 people last Tuesday morning, May 28.

The law enforcement officials nabbed 10 in the Long Branch area in western Wyoming County.

Another couple wanted in a separate incident from the round-up were apprehended on Thursday.

Nabbed in the initial sting Tuesday were Dickie Lee Bailey (delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone), Clayburn Dwayne Bishop (delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone and delivery of a controlled substance, buprenorphine) Richard Marion Blackburn (delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone ), Howard Blankenship (delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone), Judy Hurley (delivery of a controlled substance, buprenorphine), Aaron Ray Kenneda (delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone, delivery of a controlled subsatnce, buprenorphine), Darron Lee Morgan (delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone), Justin Ray Morgan (conspiracy, delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone).

Also arrested were Randy Lee Hurley and Robert "Bobby" White, but their charges weren't known.

There were additional charges leveled against some of those arrested, including conspiracy to deliver, child neglect and creating risk.

Officials said some of those nabbed in the round-up were caught selling drugs in front of their children.

Those 10 were brought to Pineville and arraigned Tuesday.

Law enforcement was not done with the roundup.

In a separate incident Thursday, a couple was arrested after multiple controlled buys that started back in 2018, according to reports.

Clayton Shane Toler and Teresa Lynn Toler were arrested after allegedly selling a prescription drug, oxycodone, to a confidential informant in the Long Branch area.

During one of those buys in October, a young child was present in the vehicle of Teresa Toler, according to reports.

Clay Toler and Teresa Toler were additionally charged with child neglect with risk of injury, conspiracy and delivery of a controlled substance.

They were both being held in Southern Regional Jail under bonds of $100,000 and $200,000.
