Morrisey is using his position to do dirty work for the large insurance companies that want to go back to the terrible days when they could deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions. Morrisey joined a federal lawsuit that seeks to remove protections for West Virginians with pre-existing conditions.

In plain words, if you have diabetes, cancer or any illness in between, you won't have coverage if Morrisey wins in court. Over 800,000 people in West Virginia families get left behind.

I'm writing because I have diabetes and my husband has pre-existing conditions. My family's healthcare and the healthcare of my neighbors is more important to me than the political agenda of our attorney general.

Taking away coverage for people with pre-existing conditions means life or death for so many people. Morrisey is wrong and needs to stop playing politics with our healthcare. Does anyone really think they will be better off if there are zero protections for high blood pressure or arthritis?
