HUNTINGTON — Mingo Central High School students Sean Adams and Kiera Blankenship were double winners in their competitions for the West Virginia FBLA Spring Leadership Conference at Marshall University in Huntington.
Adams won the second place award in the state for Cyber Security and second place for Securities and Investments.
