OBSTRUCTING, FLEEING: Dennis Gearles, 27, of Matewan was arrested May 26 and charged with two counts of battery on a police officer by the West Virginia State Police. Gearles was also charged with DUI, fleeing, obstructing, driving on a revoked license, improper registration, no seatbelt, driving left of center, having defective equipment, failure to give a signal and failure to produce an operator's license.

BATTERY, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Randall Dale Bowen, 43, of Williamson was arrested June 3 and charged with battery and destruction of property. Bowen is accused of throwing a beer and hitting someone in the face. He is also charged with damaging a door to the residence of the victim.

TRESPASSING: Priscilla Vance, 41, of Breeden was arrested May 31 and charged with trespassing, assault and battery by the WVSP.

ATTEMPTED GRAND LARCENY: Tiffany Mae Osborne, 28, of Delbarton was arrested May 31 and charged with attempted grand larceny, petit larceny and destruction of property by the WVSP.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Casey Joe Matthews, 32, of Red Jacket was arrested May 30 and charged with destruction of property by the MCSD. Matthews is accused of puncturing two tires on a vehicle. The incident was captured on video.

BURGLARY: Shannon Christopher Huber, 23, of Kermit was arrested May 29 and charged with burglary, domestic assault, trespassing, destruction of property and obstruction by the WVSP.

POSSESSION: Michael Wayne Fiske Jr., 23, of Dingess was arrested May 30 and charged with possession of meth by the MCSD. Officers talked with the defendant, who admitted to being high on meth and fentanyl and also in possession of the drugs and syringes and a small bag of marijuana, according to police.

BURGLARY: Kenneth James Ingersoll, 33, of Matewan was arrested May 28 and charged with burglary by the MCSD. Ingersoll is accused of breaking a window to gain entrance into a garage and taking power tools and other items.

POSSESSION: David Daniels, 40, or McCarr, Ky., was arrested May 29 and charged with possession, obstruction and tampering with a motor vehicle by the WPD.

DUI 3rd OFFENSE: Dallas Walker Stafford, 25, of Williamson was arrested June 1 and charged by the Williamson Police Department with third offense DUI, speeding, no operator's license and no insurance.

DUI: Jason Booth, 22, of Williamson was arrested June 2 and charged with DUI, speeding and no insurance by the WPD.
