A woman from Mingo County is facing a murder charge in Wheeling, W.Va. Police say the case started as a suicide investigation, but they have now determined it was a homicide.

Thankfully, they are in the middle of the supply because, as the result of the federal government shutdown, Chapman didn't get a paycheck Friday.

Mountain Health Network, which includes Huntington's two hospitals, has announced an affiliation agreement with Charleston Area Medical Center, which will see the two institutions work together to share information and train doctors.
