Benjamin “Ben” Toler, 50, of Justice, departed this life on Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born February 21, 1962, at Welch, he is the son of Lorraine Harding Toler and the late Raymond John Toler.

Ben was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. Many people knew Ben from his years as an assistant manager at Super America and his years at the Pit Stop in Gilbert and he was currently employed by the Toler family of businesses and TMK Security as their IT Coordinator. He had a four-year college degree and also had IT tech training and certification at Microsoft University and HP University. Ben was a genuine, caring and humble person to all who was blessed to know him.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Ben and to mourn his passing include his mother, Lorraine Harding Toler of Justice; his four brothers, Roger (Mary) Toler of Justice, Amos (Pam) Toler of Gaithersburg Md., Dallas (Dollie) Toler of Ragland and Mark (Patty) Toler of Delbarton; his four sisters, Betty (Rex) Cline of Baisden, Pam Stewart of Beckley, Crystal Toler of Justice and April (Todd) Mullins of Ragland; his special friends, Della New, Kim Blankenship and Paul Harless; and a host of nieces and nephews and a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family at the Justice Tabernacle at Justice on Monday, July 23 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a special service at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24, at the Justice Tabernacle with the Revs. Denny May, Rev. Roy Lee Lester, Marshall Harless, Arville Cline and Lowell Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Justice Memorial Gardens at Justice.

Ben will be carried to his final resting place by family and friends.
