Joshua Avery Pugh, 23, of Island Creek, Pikeville, Ky., passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 4, at 11 a.m. at Full Gospel Christian Fellowship Ministries, Hurricane Creek Road, with Keith Collins and Robert Justice officiating. Burial will follow in the Adkins and Ray Cemetery at Hurricane Creek Road, Pikeville. Visitation was held Monday, July 2.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home of Pikeville.
