Lawrence Edward Stacy, 83 of Toler, Ky., passed away Wednesday March 13, 2013, at the Appalachina Regional Hospital. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Friday night at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements will be announced by R. E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry, Ky.
