Donald L. Blankenship, 75, of Buskirk, Ky., died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, at the Trinity Healthcare Services of Mingo County in Williamson.
As of presstime, arrangements were incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Chambers Funeral Services, Inc., of Matewan.
