Born April 1, 1956, in Pike County, Ky., he was the son of the late Oliver Lee and Freda Faye Coleman Bentley.
Funeral services will be held at noon, Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Thacker Funeral Home in Pikeville, Ky., with Tony Adkins, Jimmy Jack Adkins and others officiating. Burial will follow at the Alvin Bentley Cemetery, Bad Fork. Rockhouse.
Visitation will be Tuesday at the funeral with special services at 7 p.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of Thacker Funeral Home of Pikeville.
