Born Aug. 6, 1933, he was the son of the late Wheeler and Eddie Ann Rowe Stump, Sr.
A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, at the Jeffersonville Assembly of God Church with the Revs. Billy Conn and Jimmy Stump officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of R.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home of Phelps, Ky.
