To the Editor:

Every holiday season we spend more money than usual. We feel good to give presents to our family and friends. At the same time most of us complain that that when you walk into Wal-Mart and other stores all you find is the stuff made in China. Let us think about it.

We, the people have power to change this. We can take the USA back to the good old days of glory. We can make sure every American that is able to work has a job opportunity. Can we do it? Yes, we can.

Before you buy a product, read the label. If it is not made in the USA do not buy it unless you must absolutely have it. Every time you buy a product made in the USA , you are telling the store that you support American made product. If you refuse to buy products made in China, the stores will not keep it. Remember the stores do not want to stock products that they can not sell.

When you buy American made products, you are creating jobs in the USA for fellow Americans. China is bent upon destroying US economy. They keep their exchange rates low. This makes products made in China look cheap. In other words they subsidize their export. If the trend continues, our industries will shut down and our workers will be unemployed. Don’t let it happen.

Read the label. Buy made in the USA products and reject the products not made in the USA especially if it is made in China. Send the message to the stores that we support American workers and be a hero.
