Yes heartbroken21, as I am sure you are. I was very close to jason and it is a tragedy that the result of a stupid act of judgement by Blaines fault ended in the result of someone I greatly loved lifes took right from under my nose. Its unjust that his act of violence lead to an innocent life being took. I am sorry you feel the need to sit here and say that we can not say the things we will when in reality, if the horrible murder never happened then we wouldnt feel the need to sit here and say how we feel. I have every right to voice my opinion and say whatever I choose to say. In my opinions no he hasnt paid for what he has done and the day when the judge gives him life is the day I will sing in praise. So please spare me and the TRUE victims feelings and make your comments else where.

listen i know blaine very well and he normally don't act with such madiness but he does stand for what he loves and some of the things you're saying is really cruel i understand you lost someone close but so did we not only did blaine take jason's life he took his own in that matter. yes he should be punished for what he has done. but put yourself in our shoe's if it was the other way around and blaine was the one who ended up killed and jason was in jail and we was saying these nasty things about him you wouldn't like it so don't say such nasty things i'm sure when the motehrs get on here and read this they don't want to read nasty things about their children. i love blaine very much and i've never known him to act like this but he loved the girl and he still does and i don't think it was all over her i do believe they was more behind it because i find it hard to believe that he took a young man's life over her. i asked blaine both times when i went up there why and he said it's love baby. but i find it hard to believe. i do understand how much pain you guys are in not long ago i lost a great friend and i know it's hard to get through but i don't say nasty things about the death or how it has occurred. i do believe you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover and i know blaine seems like a bad guy but he's not he's a great person with a big kind heart but the boy can't drink or he does some crazy stuff and i know for a fact that he regrets it now and has learned his lesson but i would appericate if you wouldn't say such nasty things about my friend flip the tables you wouldn't want me saying nasty things if it was blaine who ended up killed and jason sittin' in jail. and we all know if jason and his friends went out there they had all intentions on hurting blaine and he was scared and reacted in a way that he will never be forgivin for but please stop the slender so the mothers won't have to read it and see what horrible things are being said

To Jason's family i'm so sorry for your loss , Vance isn't normally like that and i'm sorry that it had to be Jason i'm sure he was a great person with a kind heart.

To Blaine's family i'm sorry for your loss as well Blaine is a wonderful young man but he reacted in the wrong way that night and if you guys need anythign i'm here. i'm going to go see him tomorrow if you want to join.

I've known Jason for 8 yrs, he was someone that always had a positive attitude, he would've helped anyone in need. He was a veteran, He was a truely amazing person with a lot going for him. Not only did this dumb man take away the life of a great person,he made the lives of so many other hell on earth.Jason was a great man,and to this man who just decided to take away Jason from his mother, family, and friends....
