Murder suspect bound over to grand jury

Randall Luther, 44, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on first-degree murder charges and his case will now be bound over to the grand jury.
Luther is accused of committing the murder of Fred Brewer of Marrowbone. He allegedly shot Brewer, who was in his front yard, several times causing his death.
Luther remains in Southwestern Regional Jail at this time.
