Michael was born July 12, 1960 to Otis and Ruby Tibbs.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 29 after 6 p.m. and open visitation Wednesday, Sept. 30 after 6 p.m at the Thacker Funeral Home in Pikeville, Ky.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 1 at 1 p.m. at the Thacker Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cem-etery in Chloe, Ky.
Thacker Funeral Home of Pikeville, Ky. is in charge of arrangements.
