She was born Aug. 25, 2009 to Lisa Syck Collins and Chad Collins of Upper Chloe, Ky.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the Thacker Funeral Home with Eugene Ward officiating. Interment will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Chloe, Ky.
Arrangements are under the direction of Thacker Funeral Home of Pikeville, Ky.
