Ground was broken Friday, at the site of the Mouthcard Community Center. Present for the ceremony were, left-to-right, Pike County Attorney Howard Keith Hall, Dicky Taylor, Gary Cox, manager of Clintwood-Elkhorn Mining, Pike County Judge-Executive Wayne T. Rutherford, Sen. Ray S. Jones, Rep. W. Keith Hall, Frank Crum, pastor of Mountain View Church of Christ and District 3 Magistrate Leo Murphy.
