Thomas Reed, 84, of Phelps, Ky., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009 at the Appalachian Reg-ional Hospital in South Williamson, Ky. He was born July 4, 1925, at Sharondale, Ky., the son of the late Harmon and Edith Callahan.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009 at 11 a.m., at the R.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home of Phelps, Ky., with burial to follow in the Newsome Memorial Cemetery at Robinson Creek, Ky.

Arrangements are under the direction of the R.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, Phelps Ky.
