Sue Rutherford, 53, of McCarr, Ky., died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, at Cornerstone Hospital of St. Mary’s Hospital, in Huntington, W.Va. Born Nov. 19, 1955, in Williamson, she was the daughter of the late John and Ruth Wright Rutherford.

She was a homemaker. She is survived by a daughter, Bridgette Deniese Rutherford of McCarr, Ky.; brothers James (Bo) Rutherford of Madison, W.Va., Johnny (Sis) Rutherford of McCarr, Ky., Tommy (Mary) Rutherford of Julian, W.Va., and David (Dovie) Rutherford of McCarr, Ky.; sisters Patricia Rutherford of McCarr, Ky., Lois (Velton) Hunt of Lumberton, N.C., Freda Fitch of McCarr, Ky., and Janet Daniels of McCarr, Ky.; a special brother, Jimmy Roberts, of Wayne, W.Va., a special granddaughter, Bryanna Runyon, of McCarr, Ky., and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

As per her request, Sue will be cremated and a family memorial service will be held at a later date.
