Phyllis was born July 7, 1941 to Joseph Edgar and Princie (Abshire) Scalf.
There will be a grave side service Friday July 17, 2009 at 1 p.m., at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Thacker Funeral Home of Pikeville.
