Retiree Jim Canada says he doesn't want to tear down a house he bought more than 20 years ago in St. Albans. He's since built a spacious log home on the property and is willing to give away the nearby 1,000-square-foot house that's been used as rental property.
Canada says anyone willing to pay to have it moved can have it. As an added incentive, Canada says he's willing to leave the appliances inside.
Canada plans to use the extra space to landscape his riverfront lot.
