Police arrest woman after fatal hospital shooting

Detective Autumn Davis said the woman was being held after shooting the man in the temple with a handgun about 2 p.m. Saturday. He was pronounced dead about a half-hour later.
Police declined to identity of the woman or the victim, pending notification of other family members.
