She was born July 23, 1973, in Mingo County, W.Va., to the late Frank and Sena Rowe Stumbo.
In addition to her parents, Blanche was preceded in death by her husband, James “Tom” Noe, one daughter, one grandchild and one brother.
She was a 1941 graduate of Williamson High School, a retired OB LPN from the Appalachian Regional Hos-pital, and was of the Church of God Affiliated faith.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Gale (Ron) Moore of Sterling Heights, Michigan,Linda Sue (Ed) Miles of Wil-liamson, West Virginia, and Brenda Carol (George) Maynard of Roanoke, Vir-ginia; two sisters, Beatrice Varney of Northern Ken-tucky, and Deloris Brooks of Columbus, Ohio.
Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at the Hardy Church of Christ, with Bro. Ed Lockard officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens at Maher, W.Va. Pallbearers will be Larry Moore, Kevin Moore, Timothy Dempsey, Charles Dempsey, David Roer, Irvin Miles, and Marc Maynard
Visitation will be be-tween 6-9 p.m., Tuesday evening at the Hardy Church of Christ.
