Governor to sign FEMA-State agreement in Gilbert tomorrow

Gov. Joe Manchin will officially sign the FEMA-State agreement 11 a.m. Thursday, May 21 at the Larry Joe Harless Community Center, 202 Larry Joe Harless Drive at Gilbert.
This agreement is between the federal and state governments on what types of the assistance are available for flood victims.
