WILLIAMSON — A 38-year-old Beech Creek man has been indicted on a charge of felony murder in connection with the death of an elderly man seven days after his dwelling house was feloniously entered and burglarized.

The April Grand Jury serving the Mingo County Circuit Court returned 13 indictments after a one-day session Monday. Chief Judge Michael Thornsbury arraigned nine persons on Tuesday and set trial dates and bonds for the accused. Those who did not post bond were remanded to Southwestern Regional Jail to await trial.
