Henry Harold May age 46 of Sidney, Ky., passed away Monday May 20, 2013 in an automobile accident near his home.


Born March 8, 1967 in South Williamson, Ky., he was a son of Nell “Varney” May of Forest Hills, KY and the late Mackle May.


In addition to his father he was preceded in death by two brothers Millard Lee May and James Edward May.


Henry was a Gulf War veteran of the U.S. Army, an avid sports fan, and loved cooking, fishing, and camping. He was of the Pentecostal faith.


Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife: Stephanie May of Sidney, Ky., Children: Glen Zachary (Savannah) Varney of Canada, Ky., Joshua Caleb May and Nathan Tyler May of the home, brother Daren (Diana) May of Canada, sister Karen Johnson of Forest Hills, Ky., granddaughter: Zoey Grace Varney of Canada, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and friends.


Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday May 24th at the Pinsonfork Church of God with Church of God ministers officiating. Military rites will be conducted by DAV Chapter 141 of Belfry, Ky.


Burial will follow at the family cemetery at Forest Hills. Visitation will begin after 6 p.m. Thursday at the church with services at 7 p.m.
