She was born May 21, 1941 at Thacker, W.Va., the daughter of the late Landon and Oma Warf Norman.Funeral services will be Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 1 a.m. at the R.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home in Phelps, Ky., with burial to follow in the Varney Cemetery at Lynn, W.Va.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home, with services at 7 p.m.
