He was born July 25, 1947, at Taylorville, W.Va., the son of Joann Burke Justice of Sevierville, Tenn., and the late Elmer Justice.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a special uncle, Stewart “Litt” Justice.
He was a member of A New Beginning Community Church.
Donald is survived by his wife of 42 years, Peggy Craddock Justice; three daughters, Donetta Sammons of the home, Carol (Bruce) Smith of Forest Hills, Ky., and Karla (Jason) Allen of Taylorville, W.Va.; four brothers, Elmer Merlin (late Nadine) Justice of Humble, Texas, Oscar Dale (Dean) Justice of Mobile, Ala., Jack Justice of Sevierville, Tenn., and Homer (Lisa) Justice Sevierville, Tenn.; two sisters, Vada (Larry) Stephens of Sevierville, Tenn., and Patricia (Denver) Christian of Humble, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Katie and Sarah Marcum, Tyler and Andrew Allen, and Ashley Sammons; and a very special aunt, Dorothy Justice.
Funeral services will be held at the Chafin Funeral Home Friday April 3, 2009 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Jason Allen officiating.
Burial will follow in the Justice-Tiller Cemetery at Taylorville, W.Va.
Visitation will be at the funeral home chapel from 6-9 p.m., with services starting at 7 p.m.
