The company expects to start about 9 o’clock in the morning. The work could take up to four hours. There will be no lane closures, but traffic will be stopped periodically, for up to 10 minutes at a time.
Through traffic on U.S. 23 should not be affected. However, vehicles wishing to turn onto U.S. 119 from U.S. 23 may have to wait, as will vehicles on U.S. 119 coming toward the U.S. 23 intersection.
The work should be finished no later than 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
