Jack Phillips, 84, retired educator, of Richmond, Ky., formerly of Burnwell, passed away suddenly on March 13, 2013, in Richmond.
Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday evening, March 15, at Weaver Mortuary in West Williamson. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday morning, March 16, at the mortuary.
