Doris M. Sammons, 73, of Gilbert, W.Va., died March 25, 2009. She was born Dec. 23, 1935, to the late Garland and Julie (Patrick) Dotson.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 28, 6 to 10 p.m. with church services at 7 p.m. at the Browning Fork House of Faith in Browning Fork, W.Va.

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Burning Fork with burial to follow in the Carter Cemetery at Browning Fork, W.Va.
