Pike County Ky.'s indictment list this week held charges of arson for two men accused of setting the Elkhorn City Elementary School Gym on fire.
Harlan Keith, 28, and Dusting Morley, 19, both of Elkhorn City, were indicted for first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree burglary and second-degree arson for a fire which caused over $1,000 in damages at the Elkhorn City Elementary School Gym.
Sheala Justice, 24, of Regina, was indicted for operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, possession of marijuana and identity theft. Justice allegedly used identifying information of Denise Stapleton for the purpose of avoiding detection.
Darren Little, 34, of Pikeville, was indicted for possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest, second degree escape and third degree assault against Jeremy Childers, a corrections officer.
Mitchell Wellman, 37, of Mouthcard, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription drugs not in a proper container and first-degree assault against Ashley Kendrick.
Dennis Little, 31, of Topmost, and Pamela Hol-brook, 27, of Dema, were indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of prescription drugs not in a proper container and possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, Little was indicted for DUI and Holbrook for public intoxication.
Mark Arnett, 30, of John-son City, Tenn., was indicted for flagrant nonsupport of two children over $1,000.
Ricky Thacker, 50, of Belfry, was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of Sharon Price, and Mark Price, two counts of terroristic threatening and criminal mischief.
Charlene Chapman, 39, Dale Slone, 37, and Therman Slone, 46, all of Kimper, were indicted for theft by unlawful taking of a safe and its contents belonging Cleo Chapman valued at more than $300. Chapman and Dale Slone were also indicted for second-degree persistent fel-ony offender.
Larry Maynard, 47, of Pikeville, was indicted for promoting contraband at a detention facility.
Louie Gauze, 37, of Rawl, W.Va., was indicted for promoting contraband at a detention facility and second-degree persistent felony offender.
