PAINTSTIVLLE, Ky. – Belfry ended its winning streak with a 64 to 50 road loss to Johnson Central on Saturday night.

“We executed our game plan in the first half. Foul trouble plagued us once again. Trinity Carr and Nick West gave us good minutes off the bench, but we need more consistent play from the rest of our bench and must quit committing fatigue fouls,” said Belfry head coach Randy Casey.

Robinson dished out eight assists, while Charles pulled down eight rebounds. Johnson had seven boards, while Messer had six.

Belfry was only 7-17 at the free throw line for 41 percent and hit 20-47 from the floor for 43 percent and only 3-13 from behind the arc for 23 percent.
