Lenore Middle School hosted “The Runnin Ranger Christmas Tournamet” Dec. 20 and 21. On the 20 Lenore beat Matewan 44-11.
Lenore was lead by Jonathan Blankenship with 12, Seth Workman had 9, Chandler Pack had 6 and Dawson Elia had 5. No scores for Matewan were reported.
Lenore beat Ft Gay 37-34 on Dec. 21. Lenore was lead by Jonathan Blankenship with 8, Chandler Pack, Dawson Elia, and Carson May each had 5 and Zach Samuel, Austin Baisden and Noah Lucas each had 4 Mason Layne chipped in 2 for the Rangers. Ft Gay was led by Koty Jude 14.
