Rhonda Sue Varney, 45, of Belfry, Ky., passed away Friday November 23, 2012, at Pikeville Medical Center.

She was born March 12, 1967, in Williamson, the daughter of the late Douglas McArthur and Barbara Gail Amburn Smith.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Lonnie James Varney Jr.; daughter, Leslie Marienda Varney of Morehead, Ky.; two sons, Kasey James Varney of Cadiz, Ky., and William Kenneth Varney of the home; one sister, Rebecca Sue Roberts of Atlanta, Ga.; one grandchild on the way; and a host of loving family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 1, at Williamson Area Church of Christ with Troy Roach officiating.
