Martha Sue Thacker, 73, of Brushy, Ky., passed away at her residence Sunday, March 15, 2009. She was born Sept. 20, 1935 to the late Grover and Virgie (Pinion) Slone. Visitation will be Monday, March 16, at 6 p.m, and open visitations on March 17, with services at 7 p.m. on both nights at the Thacker Funeral Home in Pikeville, Ky. The funeral will be Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at noon, with burial to follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
