The Williamson Daily News - Man resident hit killed by coal train

MAN (AP) — Authorities say a Man resident has died after being struck by a train.

Man Police Chief W.S. Simpkins said Thursday that 48-year-old Ricky Ray Davis was hit by a CSX Corp. coal train. Simpkins says Davis apparently walked into the train’s path about 3 p.m. Wednesday.

CSX did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
