David K. Brewer, 34, of Gilbert, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009 at his residence.

Born January, 25, 1975 in Cincinnati Ohio, he was the son of Danny Brewer and Glenda Cline Simpkins. He was a electronic technician in the telecommunications field.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Joda and Ethel Cline.

Survivors include his father, Danny (Barbara) Brewer of Tabernacle, N.J.; his mother, Glenda (Lonnie) Simpkins of Beech Creek, W.Va.; one sister, Heather (Chris) Grimmett of Pike W.Va.; one niece, Ashley Grimmett of Pie W.Va.; one nephew, Christopher Grimmett II of Pie W.Va.; paternal grandparents, Clarence (Isabelle) Brewer of Gilbert, W. Va.,; a grandmother, Theresa Gallagher of Browns Mills, N.J.; uncles Tommy Gallagher of Brown Mills, N.J.and Barry Cline of Baisden, W.Va., and an aunt, Vickie Lynn Brewer of Gilbert, W.Va., and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may call at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert on Friday, Feb. 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The funeral will take place at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel of Gilbert, W.Va., Friday Feb. 13, 2009 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Clayton Cline officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memor Gardens at Godby Heights, Pecks Mill, W.Va.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
