Second arrest made in Phelps robbery

Kentucky State Police Det. Kevin Newsome made his second arrest in connection with the armed robbery of Phelps Jo Mart at Phelps, Ky., on Wednesday.
Newsome arrested 23-year-old Danny Lee Dotson at his residence at Freeburn, Ky. without incident Thursday. Dotson was charged with armed robbery and persistent felony offender.
Phelps, Ky. resident Dores Bentley, 32, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first degree robbery.
Dotson and Bentley are currently lodged in the Pike County Detention Center in Pikeville, Ky.
The case is under the investigation of Det. Kevin Newsome.
