Archie Donald Price, 58, of Blackberry City, W.Va., formerly of Clarksburg, W.Va., died Saturday, January 11. 2009 at CAMC Memorial Division of Charleston, W.Va.

Archie Price was a business teacher having taught at the Matewan High School. Archie was a veteran of the army of the Lord, having served as assistant pastor of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church of Lando, W.Va.

Archie is survived by spouse Patricia Ann Snider Price of Blackberry City, W.Va., sons Eric Price of Blackberry City, W.Va., Roger Asheraft of Norfolk, Va., Joseph Price of Morgantown, W.Va.; daughters Elizabeth Price of Blackberry City, W.Va.,

Cindy McQuain, of St. Cloud, Fla., Sherri Atterson of Beckley, W.Va.; a brother, Richard Price of Morgantown, W.Va.; a sister, Patty Combs of Morgantown, W.Va., and a host of grandchildren.

Services will be January,14, 2009 at 12 p.m. at Chambers Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Copley and others officiating.

Burial will follow at the Buskirk Cemetery at Buskirk, Ky.

The family will begin receiving friends on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at the chapel from 6 to 9 p.m. with a special service at 7 p.m.
