Cookhcook@civitasmedia.comPIKEVILLE, Ky. - Twelve individuals were indicted during the last meeting of the Pike County Grand Jury, according to information released by the Commonwealth Attorney’s office in Pike County.Crystal Cassell, 31, of Williamson, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (Class D felony). According to reports, Cassell knowingly possessed a quantity of heroin, a Schedule II controlled substance.Dennis Tackett, 43, of Harold, was indicted on charges of robbery, first-degree (Class B felony) and resisting arrest (Class A misdemeanor).
