Williamson resident arrested on domestic assault charges

By Rachel Doverdove@civitasmedia.comBELO - A response to a complaint of a domestic disturbance in progress resulted in the arrest of a Williamson resident who allegedly caused a two-vehicle collision that involved him and his estranged partner.According to the criminal complaint filed in Mingo County Magistrate Court by West Virginia State Police Trooper D.M. Williamson, he was dispatched to the Bank of Mingo location on U.S. Highway 119 at Belo, in reference to a domestic call. While in route to the scene, the trooper was advised by Mingo County 911 that the male involved in the disturbance had fled the scene, driving a Ford-F150
