WILLIAMSON - A young mother from Turkey Creek, Ky., Ashley Sipple, 25 years of age, appeared before Magistrate Pam Newsome and was charged with child neglect creating a risk injury and obstructing an officer.Williamson Police Department officers J. D. Tincher and J. P. Colegrove received a call of two adults passed out in a blue Chevy on Victoria Street in Williamson. The patrolman witnessed, upon entering Victoria Street, a blue Chevy matching the description sitting in the alley way coming out of a one way entrance the wrong way. Upon approaching the vehicle, the Officers found the vehicle still running and in gear. The officers observed a female passed out in the passenger seat and a male passed out behind the wheel.
