Former Logan County DHHR worker indicted in federal court

By Rachel Doverbaldwin@civitasmedia.comCHARLESTON – Shannon Collins, 41, of Logan, was recently indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in Charleston for allegedly committing 35 counts of mail fraud, access device fraud, social security fraud and aggravated identity theft while employed by the Logan office of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
