PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Matewan man indicted for committing a pair of felonies was one of six people indicted by the Pike County Grand Jury.

Mark Lloyd, 40, was indicted for committing third-degree burglary when he unlawfully entered a building owned by Peebles Department Store with the intent to commit a crime and for theft by unlawful taking when he took clothing valued at more than $500 from the store on Dec. 23, 2012.

Also indicted by the grand jury were:

• Jeremiah D. Young, 24, of Phelps, was indicted for second-degree escape and second-degree persistent felony offender on Feb. 14. He had previously been convicted of theft by unlawful taking and third-degree criminal mischief on May 24, 2010 and first-degree promoting contraband and second-degree trafficking in controlled substances on August 1, 2011. Both convictions were in Pike County.

• Theresa Branham, aka Theresa Mathers, 38, of Shelbiana, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking when she took $10,000 cash from Food City Supermarket on Sept. 29, 2012.

• Angela D. Bolden, 37, of Pikeville, was indicted for obtaining controlled substances by fraud when she attempted to obtain hydrocodone by withholding or misrepresenting information or by presenting a false perscription on Jan. 28.

• Mark Dotson, 47, of Prestonsburg, was indicted for first-degree promoting contraband when he knowingly introduced dangerous contraband into a detention facility on Feb. 4.

• Michael S. Webb, 37, of Pikeville, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone), theft by unlawful taking in which he took merchandise under $500 belonging to Walmart, public intoxication and second-degree criminal trespassing on Walmart premises on Feb. 18.
