The Mingo County Sheriffs Department arrested a woman Monday after a video of two local juvenile’s fighting surfaced on You Tube..

According to the criminal complaint filed in Magistrate Court, Rebecca Hall, of Varney, drove a male juvenile to Chamber’s Curve to have an altercation with another male juvenile.

Sheriffs Deputies obtained warrants for Hill’s arrest, but she turned herself in to police on Monday.

The actual video on the Web site — www.youtube.com — is entitled, “Street Fight at Chamber’s Curve edited” and depicts a disturbing fight between the two males. The video has theme music and is enhanced with special effects comparable to the 1960’s “Batman” television show featuring words like ka-pow and splat in starbursts.

Police stated that in the video Hall appeared to be encouraging the juveniles to fight. The fight is so dangerously near the roadway that at times you can view on the video Hall standing on Rt. 52 as she watches the fight.

Hall was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was arraigned in front of Magistrate Pam Newsome where bond was set at $1,000.
