Freddie Ray Lockard, 63 of McCarr, Ky. left this world on Friday, December 14, 2012.

He was born November 18, 1949 at Matewan, WV the son of the late Chester Arthur and Rosa Belle Roberts Lockard. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, one sister and one daughter.

He was former coal miner and a Kentucky Colonel.

He leaves behind his wife, Rhonda Mae Payne Lockard of McCarr, Ky.; three sons, one daughter, seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother in-law, daughter-in-laws, son-in-law and many friends. He will be greatly missed and loved by all who knew him.
